Jack provided United Infrastructure JV (UIJV) with procurement and commercial support for our landmark project which forms part Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport rail link between Orchard Hills and the new Western Sydney Airport Station. The project requires UIJV to complete the Surface Civil and Alignment Works (SCAW) in joint venture with CPB Contractors
In his role as Procurement and Contracts Manager he mobilised and got to grips with the project quickly. After setting up and formalising a procurement schedule he then commenced the procurement of the enabling works packages. In undertaking the works Jack followed company process and procedures and utilised a new online procurement software to ensure all stakeholders were informed and dealt with fairly and to the highest of standards.
Following the initial 12-week assignment Jack was able to provide additional support to the project to ensure key procurement dates were met. This came by the way of Jasmine who continued to deliver procurement in line with the project’s requirements, whilst following the culture and work ethic which comes when hiring a Rex CC consultant.
Overall, the Rex CC team provided a quick, professional and definitive approach to procurement which led to a successful outcome for everyone involved.

Bennett engaged Rex CC to provide contract administration and management in relation to the flood remediation works for seven schools located in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales. Rex CC ensured Bennett were provided with a diligent and astute commercial administrator, this came by the way of Steven Babakhan.
Steven’s roles and responsibilities included drafting, issuing and execution of agreements in line with the project program. Assisting with procurement by requesting quotations and issuing/following up on tenders. Providing support to accounts payable raising and issuing purchase orders.
