    Director/Founder

    Jack’s passion for both construction and business led him to found Rex Construction Consultants. He is approaching two decades of experience in the construction industry and built environment, working for Tier One contractors in both the UK and Australia.

    A great communicator with the ability to converse with individuals from differing backgrounds and industries, Jack is across all commercial aspects of construction projects.

    He brings comprehensive experience and skills to the complete administration and management of head and sub-contracts from tendering to final account. This includes subcontractor, preliminary and consultant procurement, including preparation, review, analysis, and recommendation of tender packages.

  • Nicholas Allen

    Director/Commercial Manager

    Nick is a Commercial Manager with a broad range of experience in construction. His expertise spans large scale commercial, residential, and government infrastructure projects, high-end residential builds, and projects across defence, retail, heritage, and transport sectors.

    Nick has been both a group and project commercial lead. With excellent commercial awareness, Nick completes all aspects of commercial and contract management. He also brings exemplary numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.

    Nick’s core roles include leading teams in all aspects of financial reporting. The management and delivery of construction projects from inception, including manufacturing, delivery to site, installation, completion, testing and commissioning.

    Contract Manager/Senior Consultant

    Chris is a highly motivated qualified professional with over fifteen years construction industry experience. He brings industry best practice, a deep understanding of construction technology, and exceptional commercial knowledge.

    He has been responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial and contract administration of both head and subcontracts across a multiple construction industry sectors.

    Chris’ core roles include the quantification and preparation of scopes of works and Bills of Quantities. Review, assessment, preparation and submission of head contract variation claims and contractual notices. Subcontract procurement, head and subcontract administration including assessment of progress claims, variations, RFI’s, extensions of time requests, back-charges, and final account negotiations.

    Commercial Administrator

    A highly motivated Bachelor of Construction Management graduate Steve received recognition for his outstanding academic work by obtaining the Deans Merit List award. Steve brings a high level of professionalism, maturity, safety, and responsibility into the work environment.

    Formally trained and highly proficient in I.T., Steve quickly adapts to the needs of our client’s to work across multiple software platforms.

    Steve’s core responsibilities are compiling subcontractor, consultant and preliminary progress claims and payment schedules. Processing progress claims, and variations. And the creation of subcontractor and supplier tracking registers, such as variation registers and updating forecast costs to complete.
